Marc Castelo

Play 2 Grow is owned and operated by Marc Castelo, a Pediatric Physical Therapist (MPT) who conceived the company's Baby Spa and SmartPlay programs in 2003. During his 8 years of clinical experience as a Pediatric Physical Therapist, Castelo utilized interactive play experiences to reach potentials during critical windows of infant and child development.  These experiences helped him create the P2G curriculum. "Play 2 Grow has given me the opportunity to use my experiences at a Physical Therapist in new fun ways."

Jenny Smith-Davids

Play 2 Grow's Director since 2009, Jenny enthusiastically leads our Baby Spa and SmartPlay classes. She has over eight years of training and experience focused on curriculum development, project management and video based classes with the General Electric Company. Jenny also provided guest service information at Walt Disney World and conducted community based programs while with AT&T.
Jenny Smith-Davids holds a degree in Public Relations from Eastern Michigan University and has received a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the General Electric Company. She is also a graduate of Disney University in Orlando, FL.
